BunnyLive's Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which users may cancel subscriptions, virtual purchases, and other services. Please read carefully before making any purchase.
Subscription Cancellation
Users may cancel their BunnyLive subscriptions at any time through the following methods:
- Via App Settings — navigate to Account → Subscription → Cancel
- Through your payment provider (Google Play, Apple App Store)
- By contacting our support team at support@bunnylive.in
Important: Cancellation stops future billing only. You will continue to have access to your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription time.
Virtual Goods
Coins, virtual gifts, and premium items cannot be cancelled or refunded once purchased. All virtual goods are digital in nature and are consumed upon purchase or use.
This includes:
- BunnyLive Coins purchased through any method
- Virtual gifts sent to streamers or other users
- Premium features or one-time purchases
- Any in-app digital item
Creator / Host Applications
If you have applied to become a verified creator or host on BunnyLive, you may withdraw your application before it is approved.
- Withdrawal requests must be submitted to support@bunnylive.in
- Once approved, creator status cannot be immediately cancelled
- Contact support for creator account deactivation
Service Termination by BunnyLive
BunnyLive reserves the right to suspend or terminate services under the following circumstances:
- Violation of our Terms and Conditions
- Violation of our Content Moderation Policy
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Abuse of our platform or other users
- Non-compliance with applicable laws
In cases of policy violation, no refunds will be issued for any remaining balance, subscription time, or virtual goods.
Non-Cancellable Transactions
Cancellation is not accepted for certain transactions, including:
- Mobile and DTH recharges
- Utility bill payments
- Third-party products or services purchased through our interface
- Transactions already processed and confirmed

To request a cancellation, use one of these accepted channels:

- Call our support helpline
- Create a support ticket through our web portal
The entire cancellation and refund process may take up to 7 working days. Refunds may be partial or full depending on the company's policy on the specific product or service.
