Welcome to BunnyLive! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the BunnyLive mobile apps (iOS and Android) and the website https://bunnylive.in. By creating an account or using BunnyLive, you agree to these Terms.
Acceptance of Terms (EULA)
These Terms act as the End User License Agreement (EULA) for the BunnyLive app. You must agree to these Terms before signing in. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Zero Tolerance Policy
BunnyLive has ZERO TOLERANCE for objectionable content or abusive users.
You must not post, stream, send or share content that:
- Is sexual, pornographic or sexually suggestive, or contains nudity
- Is violent, threatening, or promotes self-harm
- Is hateful or discriminatory, or harasses or bullies others
- Involves minors in any inappropriate way
- Promotes illegal activities, drugs, gambling or weapons
- Is spam, fraud, a scam or impersonation
- Shares phone numbers or contacts to sell or buy virtual items outside the app
Users who violate this policy will have their content removed and their account permanently banned without notice.
Content Moderation
- Offensive words in chats, comments and profiles are automatically filtered.
- You can report any live room, reel, comment, message or profile using the Report option.
- You can block any user. Blocked users cannot contact you, and their content is hidden from you.
- Hosts can kick or mute users in their live rooms.
Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours. Content that violates these Terms is removed, and the user who posted it is banned.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use BunnyLive. You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping your login details secure.
Your Content
You are responsible for the content you post, stream or share, including any music or media. You must have the rights to anything you play or upload. We remove infringing content upon notice.
Copyright complaints can be sent to admin@bunnylive.in.
Virtual Items
Beans and other virtual items are used to send virtual gifts and use features inside BunnyLive. Virtual items have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for real money by users, and cannot be transferred or sold outside the app.
Purchases on iOS, where available, are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policy.
Account & Deletion
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings → Account Settings → Delete Account.
Your account and data will be permanently deleted after 30 days. If you log in again within 30 days, the deletion will be cancelled. Unused virtual items are lost after deletion.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or harm other users.
Cookies
We employ the use of cookies. By accessing BunnyLive, you agree to use cookies in accordance with BunnyLive's Privacy Policy.
Cookies are used by our website to enable the functionality of certain areas and make it easier for people visiting our website. Some of our affiliate and advertising partners may also use cookies.
License
Unless otherwise stated, BunnyLive and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on BunnyLive. All intellectual property rights are reserved.
You must not:
- Republish material from BunnyLive
- Sell, rent or sub-license material from BunnyLive
- Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from BunnyLive
- Redistribute content from BunnyLive
BunnyLive reserves the right to monitor all comments and content, and to remove anything considered inappropriate, offensive, or in breach of these Terms.
By posting comments or content, you grant BunnyLive a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit and authorize others to use your content in any and all forms or media.
Hyperlinking to Our Content
The following organizations may link to our Website without prior written approval:
- Government agencies
- Search engines
- News organizations
- Online directory distributors
- System-wide Accredited Businesses
These organizations may link to our home page so long as the link is not deceptive, does not falsely imply sponsorship or endorsement, and fits within the context of the linking party's site.
No use of BunnyLive's logo or other artwork will be allowed for linking absent a trademark license agreement.
iFrames
Without prior approval and written permission, you may not create frames around our Webpages that alter in any way the visual presentation or appearance of our Website.
Content Liability
We shall not be held responsible for any content that appears on your Website. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims arising on your Website.
No link(s) should appear on any Website that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene, or criminal, or which infringes or advocates the infringement of any third party rights.
Reservation of Rights
We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Website. You approve to immediately remove all links to our Website upon request.
We also reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of BunnyLive after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to BunnyLive and its use. Nothing in this disclaimer will:
- Limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury
- Limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Limit any of our or your liabilities in any way not permitted under applicable law
- Exclude any of our or your liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law
BunnyLive is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
