Important: All purchases made on BunnyLive — including coins, gifts, subscriptions, and premium features — are digital goods and are generally non-refundable once processed.

At BunnyLive, our commitment is to deliver top-notch products and services. We guarantee the quality and authenticity of the entire range of products and services available on our platform.
If you experience any dissatisfaction or have grievances regarding our products or services, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve your issue under our Peace of Mind policy.
Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
- Duplicate transactions — same payment charged more than once
- Technical errors caused by BunnyLive's platform
- Unauthorized transactions on your account
- Payment deducted but coins/goods not received within 24 hours
How to claim: Submit your refund request within 48 hours of the transaction to support@bunnylive.in with full transaction details.
Non-Eligible Cases
The following cases are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
- Change of mind after purchase
- Used digital items (coins spent, gifts sent)
- Account suspensions or bans due to policy violations
- Virtual gifts already sent to other users
- Subscriptions already used or partially used
- Third-party products or services purchased through our interface
How to Submit a Refund Request
To request a refund, email us at support@bunnylive.in within 48 hours of the transaction. Please include the following details:
- Transaction ID
- Your BunnyLive User ID
- Payment method used
- Reason for refund request
- Screenshot or proof of the issue (if applicable)
Tip: The faster you submit your request with complete details, the faster we can process it. Incomplete requests may delay the refund process.
Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method
- Bank processing may add additional 2–3 business days
- You will receive an email confirmation once processed
Please stay in touch with your bank for information on the refunded amount. BunnyLive is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.
Unused Balance Clause
If a retailer or distributor receives a top-up or advance payment and chooses not to use the amount for goods and services, they can request a refund after one month of the deposit.
Upon receiving the refund request, the balance amount will be refunded within 15 to 20 working days through the same payment source.
