• Message contents and attachments

When you register for an account, we may ask for contact information including your name, email address, and phone number.

📱 Data Collected by the App

• Account data: name, profile photo, gender, birthday, email or phone number, and Apple or Google sign-in identifiers.
• Camera and microphone: used only when you go live, join a voice room, or record a reel.
• Photos: accessed only when you choose a profile picture or upload content.
• Content: live streams, reels, chat messages and comments you create.
• Device data: device model, OS version, app version and push notification token.
• Usage and safety data: gifts sent and received, followers, reports and blocks.
• Purchases: on iOS, payments are processed by Apple. We only receive a transaction ID and never receive your card or bank details.

🤝 Third-Party Services

We use the following services to run BunnyLive. They process data only to provide their functionality:

• Google Firebase: authentication and push notifications
• Agora: live audio and video streaming
• Apple and Google: sign-in and in-app purchases
• AI support assistant: messages you send in the in-app support chat may be processed by a third-party AI service to answer your questions. Please do not share personal or payment information in support chat.

🗑️ Data Retention & Deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings → Account Settings → Delete Account in the app.

BunnyLive follows a standard procedure of using log files. The information collected includes:

• Internet Protocol (IP) addresses

• Internet Service Provider (ISP)
• Date and time stamp
• Referring and exit pages
